Because there are people in this country not intelligent enough to think about what is being said versus what is being done. It also doesn't help that many vote strictly for one party, no matter who the candidate is and what they're platform is.

I believe MARXISM was based on the idea that EVERYONE had a EQUAL share of the pie(or however you wanna word it)...If it worked CORRECTLY, I don't think it would be such a bad thing. I think we gotta pretty big ------' pie, and to be honest it really wouldn't bother me if a bathroom attendant made as much $$ as I did, as long as we both had plenty. Of course it doesn't work, and is known as COMMUNISM, because of course some ppl HAVE to have more than EVERYONE else. In communist countries, I BELIEVE, that a small percentage have the wealth while everyone else is dirt poor. I believe Joseph Stalin is the one(or one of the ones) who fucked up that whole deal so bad. I think George Bush is a corny motherf@cker who tries to act and talk a certain way to appeal to the masses, or at least the masses that HE cares about. I really don't think any of the candidates running for the presidency of this great nation is gonna do a much better job, 'cause they're all pretty much the same. I don't believe any of them have really walked in the shoes of the lower or middle class, except for maybe those ancient fuckers who come from a time when most everybody was poor(tha depression era) but there wasn't alot to be had anyway, so they didn't give a ---- and were happy just to have their health and be alive. A majority of the american population today are trend following, TV addicted assholes, so that's probaly what they'll elect to be the next president.

Actually I haven't had cable television in my house since I've been out living on my own( I was 20 then, 28 now), and my DVD player(that's all I watch is movies) is hooked up to the same knob job TV I got for Christmas when I was 7 years old(I swear to this). And I don't own a video game system. I like to read. So no I'm not TV addicted. 75% of the time you see me, I'll be wearing my work clothes. So I wouldn't call myself much of a trend follower either. Just because YOU ARE everything you CLAIM TO BE AGAINST, doesn't mean the rest of us are, Johnny.

lol...Johnny, you're a fag...lol If I was registered to vote(which I'm not) and if Ron Paul was a presidential candidate(which he isn't gonna be), he is the person I would vote for. No, I don't know all his so-called policies or his stand on all the issues, but I do know a little and I like the fact that he's uses the term Revolution. I think it would take nothing short of THAT for some SERIOUS changes to be made in our nation.

I just think that the federal gov't has their hands waaaay too deep in our pockets. I don't see what we're a gaining from this taxation, and I think it's unfair. I don't mind paying my fair share to see that the state THAT I LIVE IN is taken care of. I like Ron Paul because he wants to get back to the basics of of the Constitution. He's a proponent of the right to bear arms(that's a big plus), and I think he has more of a "what's yours is yours and what's mine is mine" outlook on things. I'm definitely NOT a socialist. Socialism makes me sick.
