only way i got madagascar was to start on realistic with the bacteria and it auto started me there. then just build up your infections and drug resistance till you are ------ pretty far out and kill as much as you can later. my girl got all but 3 countries on her first try, including madagascar.

on my first try i was able to get all of them except for madagascar with a virus.
right now, i have all, but madagascar, kinda annoying, everyone is infected except for the 19,451,046 living in madagascar, *******.
