Default Fun day tuning <<pics n' Video>>

I love days off like today. Burnouts, BOV's, and my clothes smelling like burnt rubber
A friend of a friend needed some tuning love on his boosted 98 ITR, and Im always game for yanking a Hondata for Uberdata :P

Pretty nice car, VERY clean and makes cool noises.

Sleeved 84.5mm, 9.7ish:1, pistons, rods......etc
Basically a Drag kit, t3/04e. Purdy

The car was initially having serious problems running. Was dumping a ---- ton of fuel, and would barely idle. Spent a few hours the night b4 troubleshooting, turned out to be a simple failed butt conector on one of the MAP wires near the ecu.
Put together a Uberdata base map, unplugged the Hondata and hooked it all up.

Just for ***** and giggles, we drove the car on its previous Hdata map (was just a base, never saw any WB time), and it made virtually no power until cross over. A/F's in the 13-14's on the low cam, and 13's on the high cam.
Loaded up the Uberdata and after some street ***-dyno time, everything came together well. The car actually had some midrange again.

A nice n' safe 12.1:1 A/F

Jay the local 'All Motor' ----- stopped by for some action :P

All in all everything went well. After feeling the torque of 2.0 in 2650 Teg, I cant wait to see what It's like in a 2200lb CRX
Unfortunately, we had to limit boost to 10-11psi due to running out of injector (535's?) on the top end. Either way, it pulls pretty good.

Heres a quick vid, enjoy....

I love my $200 Ebay special.
That poor thing gets tossed around everywere, the G and H keys get stuck, but the battery is a trooper.
Im thinking its time to give it a paint scheme...hmmm

word. what is it, a pentium 2 class?

I never buy any machines less then pentium 3. So far I have learned what machines not to get.. hp/compaq, sony, toshiba. I currently hang out with dell laptops, always have a bunch hanging out around me.. they are nice cause they have svideo out so i can play my 600 or so divx/xvid movies on the tv in the living room.

I'm yet to try out the ibm laptops, had one as a loner from a prior job, it was okay.. didn't get a chance to really try it out, had to give it back cause they wanted me to use a compaq or some ----.

anyways, don't mean to thread jack on you.. if you want to talk laptops, start another thread and i will tell you why the above mentioned suck so much ***.

P2 300, and its actually decently fast enough to play HQ vids and what not. Its small and light weight, I hate all the new big clunk laptops. Fast, but not exactly portable. Win2k NEVER crashes on it, and the 'nipple' mouse is very easy to use. cough..when driving...cough.

now go jack someone elses thread...
