I like the setup, but I dont think you need all that to run low to mid 11's, wasnt someone here running 11's with full interior and an HMT setup?

Q: What beat it..? Did they have to stay single cam on it? If they would have went DOHC then it wouldnt have mattered what it was racing.. Research full-race everyone.. Offering $1000 isnt going to cut it.. The turbo manifold on this car is worth $1200 alone.. Thats one hell of a single cam. Jan-26-06 A: Thanks for the email. We ran our 1989 RX-7 turbo against it. It was a very good race, and I think everyone that watches it on Speed channel will agree. They did not have to stay SOHC, as there are no rules other than it's a 1/4 mile run and you race for titles. You are right though, this is one hell of a car. |

Yeap, pinks buy the cars that race, before they race. Winnar gets to keep there car loser gets to give the money back that pinks payed them for it, plus $1 and they can have there car back.

There's been rumors that Pinks isn't real but it is. Go race your car and see if you can buy it back for $1 if you lose. They'll tell you to ---- youself |

they used to allow the losing team to buy their car back from the winners if the winners would let them, but now they are supposed to not let it happen

Well what I said may not be right on with what really happens. But something is fishy. Theres no way someone would go on a TV show that 110000000 people will see and there be a chance of them losing there car. If its the way yall say it is, thats just ------- gay.

Am I the only one to see the irony that they lost the race becuase of a bad turbo to intercooler coupling? A company that bases its reputation on quality parts lost the race becuase of an inferior fit and finish of their turbo kit? |

A guy on our local board (who is no longer local) was on the RX-7 team. He said the civic was pretty dam impressive, and he give the full race guys lots of credit. -the 7 was running on 12psi, and when they took over the car, no couplers were blown off. It was a coupler that fucked them...it was simple stupidity IMO
