im wondering how you plan to make 450hp out of the zetec motor? What do you plan on doing with the weak mazda fwd trans? Ive been around the ford/mazda stuff long enough to know that your fuel system should be one of your last worries.Making 320+hp over stock in that car is going to be a uphill fight.Got any pics of the build up?

are you an engineer? it sounds like it with how complicated you are making this. you are going to have to do the same wiring with an external pump as an internal. just mount a walbro in the stock location and run a return line from your fuel rail back to the tank. problem solved, it will take you an afternoon to make it work

ill get some pics later on today, i know that 450 aint gunna be easy but well see.
so far for the build,
megasquirt 2 V3
supertech pistons with 8.7:1 ratio
eagle rods
arp head stud, and might get arp mains soon too.
70lbs injectors,
undecided fuel syustem.
borgwarner GM8
weir mani
full 3'' exhast straight ---- mufflers
crane cams stg 2
cam gears
my design for an intake mani.
and a whole lot of boost.
and if this doesnt take me too 450 im buying a honda.lol

or why not run a focus SVT pump and a KB boost-a-pump. i know for a fact its good for at least 500WHP my buddies mach 1 made 466 on a mustang dyno and went 10.8@126 on just a focus pump and a boostapump.
