You know, if I ever put my conscious aside long enough to steal something, I would go for a bike. I wouldn't trust having one sitting outside, and mine will be secured somehow if I get one, preferably in a garage.

Yeah when I had my bikes I ALWAYS had that bitch secured with something or in something. Never can be too careful and you can't trust anyone. Especially a O0 :8 and a ^-^

Sucks man....I hope things go well with insurance. My cousin just bought a new gsxr this last friday.....guess how long before they stole that ----?.......... That night. That was pretty shitty...he got to ride it home...and around a few turns. ---- happens.....move on! No need to get mad. I'd get another one....and park it around the same area.....waiting.....with a bat. :y

In may of '05 I bought a new 2k5 gsxr 600 and that last 2 weeks before if was stolen... Fuckers! :7

Damn that really blows 1 day and 2 weeks?? Man im lucky i had mine for a year then. But ya im not stressing this its only a bike and there will be others

yeah guys, the best thing i've found as a deterent is to lock everything up. i can't go to sleep if my car is on the street. ill put on shoes and and a coat to go move that ---- into the yard. i also block my nice car with other less theft worthy buckets. i also dont leave anything in there worth stealing.

I live in a pretty theft free zone right now. Morris, MN. When I am visiting my folks in the twin cities though I park my car in with theirs if I don't have it in the garage. I never park it on the street though. Even in the suburb they live in.

ya its not like you built it fairy .. you went and got a stock bike and it got stolen and you have insurance so you are out nothing :-\ whats the point of the thread ?? you ever hear of low jack ??? ;) thats always nice cause you can just find out where its at and go settle it your self ;)
