Well, to start the story, a friend of mine, had a auto CRX, that needed a new brake booster and master cylinder. It was just sitting, so finally after it sitting long enough she said If I can fix it, it is mine. she lives about an hour away. 5 trips later I get the car sitting in front of my house. 2 months later I sell it 1300 bucks! I was stoked! Now I finally have enough money to buy a clean CRX for my HMT project!!.

When I sold the car, the buyer gave me 1300 in cash. I had been looking for a car, and finally I found a 90 DX, orginal owner. I scheduled to go look at it the next day. Now the money had been sitting in an envolope in my desk drawer. I only took 200 out to pay rent. The envolope never left my desk drawer and only I knew it was there. Sure enough I go to get the money the night before I go to look at the CRX, and THE MONEYS GONE!! ,

I narrowed it down to 2 suspects. It was either my pot smoking cousin that I live with. Or the cleaning lady. After talking to my cousin about it, he really seemed to be telling me the truth, Im gonna keep grillen him. Now the cleaning lady. This is where it gets good.

In a few days she comes again. Im setting up a sting with hidden cameras in my room. There will be more money for her to take, but this time on camera.

I will let you guys know how it goes, but im still pretty heartbroken about losing my $1100.

yeah I cant believe they towed your car like that. Well they had to tow it with out the ECU didnt they?


I mean, I try to look at the good side. People lose all the belongings in fires, or like the stuff thats going on in new orleans. If my buddie can loan me the money I'm still getting the CRX. That will make me happy.
