as the title states, the ***** bitch cut her phone off, but i hvae her license plate, name, an ddriverslicense number, the cops wont do ---- or give me any information so i was wonderin if anyone here knows what to do with this info to provide any good.

I hate cops, morons surrounded me last night when I was walking in a local town.. 3 cop cars and 1 suv, about 8 or so cops in all... they said they were looking for a kid that looked identical to me, but he had a black jacket on, and they left.. like it's so hard to switch jackets

The police cannot give out information on a whim. File an official report with them, then they will go find her. Or turn it over to your insurance company, they are even faster than the police.

That's all I could find. There is a thing on the CA dmv that you can request info, but they won't give you the persons address unless a court authorizes it.
