>:( so i was on the way to my boys house and this girl decideds to side swipe me :'( . we pull over and the first thing she says is " can we please not call the cops" . so i call my boy( the one who's house i was on the way to) and tell him what happens so he comes down and calls the cops for me while i take her info down. Half an hour later the cop gets there and this girl completely lies and says " i had my blinker on and he came and tried to pass me still" which is complete bull ---- :7 now i have to drive my baby around all fucked up . What would you do? And im open to HMT estimates . thanks for listening to me bitch :P

I got sideswiped a few weeks ago and the guy lied about it as well. Last I heard the guys getting his license taken from him for a year for fleeing the scene of an accident and lost his job, since he hit it took off and a few people I know saw the number of the van he was driving and called the cops. Find people who saw the accident to prove your side if it becomes troubling...

Doesn't look too pleasing, but I'd estimate if you were to fix it yourself and do a decent paint job since it's white, you wouldn't spend no more than a couple hundred dollars. Doesn't look like there's really any major dings, but then again I can't tell that well.

I almost got into the same type of accident yesterday.
I was going about 40mph and this blink blink 07 ish civic suddenly suddenly cuts right in front of me. Theres no where to swerve so i jammed the brakes and locked up all four 175 tires LOL
Turns out it was driven by some 15 ish skinny Asian kid with some ugly chick as a passenger, oh , and she has braces on :7

WEll the car is fixable for sure. Maybe dig through your local craigslist see if anyone is parting out a civic hatch. Then just throw some cheap paint on it. Accidents suck my truck got hit at the grocery store the other day will I was getting beer. Didnt do much to my tundra besides moved the bumper up an inch or so and got paint on it. Im sure the other car was fucked up.

I had the same thing happened but a bitch rear ended me at a stoplight. She got out and said "sorry sorry I was lighting a cigarette and wasn't paying attention" Than when the cops came her story changed to I drifted back into her ::)

not on this road that runs right threw town has 2 lanes going intown and 2 out of town

So when dumb bitch was in left lane that came to a stop so someone can cross the other 2 lanes to go in the stop and shop on the far left

I had the same thing happen to me in my ef. She told the cop and wrote on the accident report she didn't see me. After messing around for a few weeks her insurance company said they were closing the claim because she said she didn't do it and they don't go by accident reports. Luckily the court system does and dumb O0 ended up paying $1800 out of her own pocket vs the $1200 her insurance would have cut.

That looks like more than $1000 to me. The bumper molding can't be replaced so that's a new bumper and the moldings on the side are pretty expensive. Unfortunately you have a ef which you won't get to rape her with since it has a low blue book.

I almost got sideswiped by an old lady who missed her turn. My horn didn't work so i just blew revs at her and gave her the finger for about a 1/2 mile until she found her turn........


Some dickhead rear-ended my friend chris's shitbox ef sedan and chris beat the piss out of him. He said it was worth the two nights in jail. I gave him a high five. :)
