fuckin bitchass cops, i shoulda seen him and ran!
 

last night i was drivin down this street by my house just pushin it in boost doin maybe about 85 with my friend in the car cuz he wanted to check it out. So as i pull over to let him drive i see these flashin lights behind me. And ---- man this is such bullshit, another speeding ticket 65 in a 35, and this is how it goes for me... Ive been to court 2 times, the first time i got it thrown out and went to traffic school. the 2nd time the judge made me pay the fine but said that if i dont get anymore tickets until im 18 (august 16th) that i would not have any tickets on my license. and last night i got a ticket, so the insurance will see that i have 2 points... looks like no more full coverage.. i'll just have to hope that if someone hits me they do enough damage so that i can claim injury. FUCKf uck ---- ---- ----. well i can look at the good side. at what he didnt give me but could have, car to low, burning oil and smoking badly, no catalitic converter, wreckless driving (cuz i was doin double the speed limit). ---- oh well looks like im gonna have to go with liability instead of full coverage.. alright just had to vent ---- ---- fuckf uckfkucfkucfkufckufc >:(

Well first off, WTF were you doing 65 in a 35 for? That's just asking for an ---- raping from a cop.

So how many tickets will be on your record and what exactly are they? A regular speeding ticket will net you 2 points, while a criminal excessive will score you 3 points.

Slow the ---- down. :P Not that I have room to talk. I can't even begin to count how many speeding tickets I have received. :-[

heh it was more like 85 - 90 in a 35 but, i got one for doin 75 in a 50, crusin down a ------ hill in neutral goddamn. here in cali think a speedin ticket is only 1 point, my friend got caught street racing and he got 2 points from it and probation and community service

just stop being retarded... 85 in a 35 is just plain stupid. There's a reason country backroads are 65-85 and city/residentials are 35. If you don't see this reason go back to driver's ed.

ha, ive been pulled over 3 times in the last year, and NEVER before that. All have been since i painted my car yellow, and not one of them have been for doing more then 15 over the limit. my average ticket is 35 in a 25, or some ----. cops + loud yellow honda = hate

Hehe, I feel your pain man...I got a ticket last spring for 75 in a 35. I speed pretty often (not to that excess) and never get noticed because I am usually driving my Ranger. This particular time I was driving my wifes Protege 5 and it was a little blingy at the time, so it got a little more attention. Anyway, I had an FOP card..I handed it to the cop with my license, he went to his car. When he came back, he told me that he could not let me off because of my speed. He handed me the card back though and only wrote me up for speeding and not reckless operation. The funny part was, as he was about to let me go he said "this little thing is pretty quick...I saw you come around that corner and the next thing your were doing 75" LOL. He was actually cool. The whole thing cost me about $215 and a Saturday in remedial driving school. I have not seen any increase in insurance over it yet and I hope I don't. Sorry for the long post.

haha yeah this cop wasnt a real dickhead, he was like "you were driving way to fast, i couldnt even keep up with you" lol and responded with "bring it to the drag strip and i'll beat you" hey youre getting a ticket might as well laugh about it. he even admitted that i could have beaten him haha cops are so much better when they arent dickheads ;)

i got a radar detector but it wasnt plugged in, not like it woulda helped me he didnt have a radar gun either... or else he'da saw that i was doin 80 and taken me to jail for wreckless driving and impounded my car...

You know what would be a really good idea? To have speed limits according to the time of day. Like during the daylight or on normal hours the limit could be 45, then when it hits like 12 or 1 the speed would be 55-60 until 6. Doesnt that make sense. Where I live I roll down the street at 2 in the morning going 110 and never see a car or cop. When I say never I mean neeeeeever see a car.

...here's an idea...fess up and take responsibility,

then instead of spending money on the tickets, go and hire an attorney to fight them. It is typically about 300-500$ per ticket but 9 out of ten times they get them off your record.

Ya, you should pick and choose the time in which you speed. Like for example.. cops frown at you (not to mention pull you over) when you do a burnout in front of them.... yes, I know this because I did it.. ::) But I expected to get pulled over, so it was no big deal (no ticket though :) )

The cops here do some pretty stupid stuff.
1. pulled over for supposed driving through someone's yard and doing donuts and speeding off in front of a cop (with a foot of snow on the ground.. go figure?? not to mention I had a reciept from walmart at that exact same time.. that shut that cop up quick, fast, and in a hurry ;) )
2. I got pulled over cause my vehicle was "suspicious"... wtf?
3. I was speeding past an accident... funny thing, there was no accident though?
4. Wreckless op. (A guy in front of me decided to speed up and slow down and slam on his brakes and everyone behind him (including me) swerved out of the way... but yet, none of the ohters got picked up.
5. My exhaust was too loud (with my previous exhaust) Then he gave me some bs about how he could give me a ticket, but doesn't want to. He doesn't want to go to his car and get out the "equipment" to measure it..
6. Numerous, no front license plate pull overs (it was in the dash.. clearly visible.. they even pointed out that they couldn't see it, but then said "What caught my eye was I saw it on the dash" now wait.. either you see it.. or don't see it..)

sorry for venting.. but you just have to sorta take what the cops give ya at the time and either contend it in court later. or in the case of speeding, if you are speeding, and you are not expecting a ticket... that is just ass-nine. ::)

I sort of agree w/ rollmodel. I received tickets because of my exhaust. Bullshit tickets for my seatbelt, and that was the other day. And both cops came to my window hands on their guns. One cop ask me to turn off my car. Around here the cops are scared that I might pull out a gun or run. I know several guys who ran from cops.And one guy who made a flip plate on his trunk of his civic because he races and when the cops show the ---- up he runs. Just be happy you did run over any kids, because that wouldn't be the first time i heard about that in NY this year along.

Yeah, I got another ticket the other night. I was SHOwing off on the way to Karttrak and some guys wanted to play. The hell of it is, when you are winning the race, you get radar'd first and they come after you! That's right, Slick Rick, if you are reading this, I saved you a ticket by kicking your ass! The cops were both on an overpass, radaring both directions of I5 in Mt. Vernon. I made it hella easy on them, though. They were sitting on the overpass that I needed to drive over to go race Karts. I didn't see them until I got up there, and I was like, oh ----, this is some foul ----. I brought myself to them... The cop was pissed or something. He said I was "driving like a head-up--------" and that they had me at 107, but couldn't lock the radar until I had slowed to 88. I got 80 in a 60, rate of speed 88. ----, whatever. I know I was going a HELL of a lot faster than that a few minutes before...

Damn lol its been 3 years sense i have had any tickets and its nice not to have to shell out tons of money or car insurance, Had my license suspened 3 times and im only 21, but that was for ---- like, not showing up to court, not going to driving school, but slow it down and becareful out there
