yeah i should have stated why, i am too pissed and forgot. wiht my job, its SOPPOSED to be 8-5, sometime we have to work earlier and later, well since the other person QUIT 3 ------ months ago and our company is too ------ dumb to hire someone quickly, i been stuck with all the shitg for 3 months, not to mention on the only certified BAT (breath alcohol technition [sp]) so when an accident happens, suspecion or random breath screening is needed, I have to do it, and we're an onsite company so im averageing 800+miles every 2 weeks ON MY OWN VEHICLE!!!!! But now sice i been pulling the 6am's, 7pms and ----, (oh yeah im on call 24/7 every 3rd week, so no drinking for me this week) the dude who schedules decides to give me an appt. at 10pm NEXT FRIDAY! ---- yoU! i aint goin! I had plans to go to a wedding and then see clerks II, well apparently I have to go, well apparently I dont ahve to work here either ---- THEM!@!!!!! :7

Damn dude that sounds shitty. If you have bills though, I'd really make sure you have another job before you quit. Finding a job sucks. Finding a good job that you like when you are desperate usually has a sucky outcome.

Tell your boss he needs to pull his head out of his ass (in a nice way) and if he doesn't listen tell his boss, etc... Keep going up until you get it resolved.

we're a small company so the HR guy is liek the HR/office manger, so i went to everyone, no one really cares, they're just like oh well, we cant do anything about it... so whatever,im tired of this ---- im done, 3 months and bullshit

my old job i worked 3 different positions, and i was the best person for 2 of them. bunch of new people were hired so they all sucked and i had to pick up the slack. i quit and everything went to ---- there. it was fun to watch :y

I'm kinda going through that right now. My manager runs two departments and doesn't really have time for our small department. Our supervisor doesn't have a clue how to run a department (he is just a tech guy and shouldn't be supervisor, it's annoying). He actually was supervisor once before, but asked to be demoted since he couldn't handle the pressure (I see that happening again, very soon if ---- don't change). I just had meetings with both of them today and I basically layed out how this place needs to be ran, they both said I had great ideas (been talking a lot with other managers on how to sepervise/manage a department). It's all politics at my work, so people get promoted that really shouldn't. I'm basically going to just bust my ass and try to take over the supervisor job myself. >:D

ya thats how it was when i quit. i was a manager at a pizza joint (i got demoted from driver to manager when i got to many tickets lol) and we had cooks and drivers that just werent cutting it but were never going to get fired. i would send the cooks home early and do all the work and do about twice as much work as i should of been and over 10x more work then any other manager there, but being a pizza joint, raises were slow to nothing and i already worked there for to long so i quit. and my friend worked there to as a driver and he quit also and we got a crappy cook to quit too just for fun. well when are manager found out he called me up and said he would like me and my friend to come talk to him. well he wanted us back and said he would change things around here(one of the other managers was going to quit soon-and said he would get peopele to work or fire them) well we stayed for another 6 months and quit again haha. and both times sales droped pizza's were sent out later and crappier then ever. it was really fun to watch because you wouldnt think a person would make that much of a difference at a stupid pizza job. if you ever are able to make a pizza the way you want it make a deep dish pizza or a regular witch ever you prefer then put peperoni bacon pinapple on it, then grab a thin crust, sauce and cheese it put it on top of the otehr pizza and throw some jalapeno's or whatever on top and cook that baby up. its one of the best pizza's we would make for ourselves. we would always wait till everyeone left and would make that it was the only reason i didnt quit sooner lol

I think it hit 120* today here. Try working outside in this ----. Then try working in an area where you don't get ANY air or breeze. Then after you're nice and sweaty and tired as ---- and have to take a ----/piss, try shitting/pissing in a port-a-potty that's been sitting in 120*+ weather with the sun beating down on it. Not very fun.... :3 Every job has it's shitty sides.

That was a good pizza story. I used to work at a pizza place too, was fun as hell devising newer crazy ass pizzas for free.

dude i hate ------- work... i love to work but not where i am they stpoed paying for my gass. now i drive a 2500 gms and pull a trailer for the bastards and get 9 mpg. they give me ---- when i deserve a reinbursment. .40$ a mile dosnt cover the gass i use while on the clock. and cant get them to pay me more tha 16 an hr. i told my boss i was quiting but he talked me out of it. he is more of a friend than my boss. my prob is the owner of the companie is a cheap ass. so i get to quit as soon as my paper work is done for my business i decided to start. ---- 1 week notice they get sry finde someone else to do it.
