Default ---- HT: any ideas for a VTEC switch?

obviously, im too poor for a vtec switch, and i want to rig up a ghetto one since my cams dont like vtec at 4.4k

tried to post it on H-T but just got a lot of "wtf u serious?" "it's a hassle to flip the switch" "tune your ECU" "get a VTEC controller" - GAY
http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1396125

Cliff Notes: My cams dont like VTEC at 4.4, so I want to know which of the 2 VTEC wires from the ECU should I splice into my rocker switch? A4 VTEC Solenoid or D6 VTEC Pressure Switch

yup. H-T sucks dick. i need HMT.com sticker

you need to apply 12v to the solenoid

that wont change the fuel and timing curves though, only the computer can do that

finally some ------- information. thanks!

i've got a 12v rocker and inline fuse (i've got a shitload so tell me what to use - 20a?).

so even if i dont turn the vtec on are the fuel and timing changes still going to occur when the computer wants em to?

yes the timing and changes will occour if you have a vtec map or ecu or whatever. explain your setup and im sure we could help you alot better, oh and this should probably be in tech.

to activate vtec do these 2 steps.

1. locate 6 ft of heavy quality nylon rope.
2. tie rope around your neck
3. hang your ----------ing self, for ever contemplating activating vtec with a rocker switch.

godamn son, you are a faggiot
