Default ---- contacts.

Just woke up and went to put them in like usual, except no matter which way I put my left one in, it still burned like a mother ******. The right one went in fine and didn't hurt or anything. After about 7-8 times of taking the left one out, flipping it around and recleaning it, it still burned. So I took it out and put it in the case, and went to take the right one out but it was ------- stuck to my eyeball. Once I finally got it out it had already ripped in half, so I just took both of them and ------- threw them in the trash and put on my glasses. I'm through with contacts.

Any of you nogs experience problems like these?

I have had mine since like 5th grade. I really don't see how people have problems with these things.

I've never had problems with them before, it's always been a smooth process that took me about a minute or two. It's just that this morning apparently everything decided to go wrong, and before I knew it I was aggravated and was throwing my contacts away.

I've never had a problem with them. If you take them out nightly and put them in solution, you shouldn't have any problems. Only time I've ever had burning contacts is either when they're way way way past their "recommended usage mark" or when I'm cutting up habaneros and don't wash my hands 20 times before removing the contacts.

I make my 6-pack of contacts last about 2 years and then I have to get a new exam when I try to get more. Only time I throw them out is when one gets damaged or I have them in for a half year and they start burning
