Default frustrated...fraud advice???

so ive been having major trouble recently with fraudulent charges/identity theft i guess you could call it.

i live in southern calif. and i have had like $500 taken out of ATMs in NY and some other crap, and this guy just called my dad's cell (i dunno how he got it) and said hes from michigan, and that i am using his paypal account. so i go to check my yahoo mail, and it no longer works, as well as my ebay account. so im gettin pretty frustrated, since i am young (20 yrs old) and i am tryin to build my credit, and i have been doing a damn good job with my credit card bills, and my car payments, etc, and im just gettin frustrated that this is gonna mess it up.

anybody else ever been in a similar situation? I know paypal is pretty cool when you are on the other end and just say i never authorized a payment or whatever, but are they easy to work with if they think you are frauding someone else's account?

thanx

matt

My wife had a bunch of nigs in compton make cell phone accounts with her social security before, and even when we could trace where they lived the cops didn't do dick. Just file a police report because everybody that you're going to need to talk to is going to want it.

damn, well how would i call the police, when all i know is that this guy called my dad's cell, and said that im stealin money from him?

as far as the fraud in the past i have worked it all out, its easier when someone is stealin money from me, then i just get it back, but when someone is using my name to steal money from someone else, it gets a little more complicated.
