Frozen in Route
Went running this evening trying to get back into shape. There was snow on the ground but it didn't feel that cold when I left so I just wore some sweat pants and a sweat shirt, free balling it. Heading out it didn't feel all that cold but once I got to the turn around point my johnson was killing me. I thought it was just chaffage but as I was coming back it kept getting worse as the wind blew, at which point I realized my dick was being frozen. At this point I was still 1.5 mile away from home. By the time I made it back I thought I was in trouble, so I jumped in the shower. I warmed up ok but that was the worse pain I have felt. I would recommend if anyone goes running in cold weather to take the proper precautions like I should have, because it's not fun.

I would have thought about it long before I even left the house. If its cold enough for snow its cold enough to freeze my dick off
