or so more pounds to go. No roids either, all natural.

Raw as in No bench press shirt allowed either because it's already over 900lbs and actually 1k if I recall correctly. Is it a record for his size?

Yeah, I would think the world record would be a bit higher than that. Everybody says no steroids, but you know god damn well that ****** eats roids for breakfast and ***** steroid filled patties. Who ------- cares if he does anyways, every baseball/football player does and it's ok.

Actually,the world record for Raw Bench is 713lbs set by Scot Mendelson. I've been friends with this guy for almost 5 years now. I know he's not using. He's just a big guy who works out a ---- ton, and has a lot of good coaches.

 

my kitchen manager at work can dead bench 455 and he only wiegh 185 and has a six pack... lol

 

well i live in a little small town in washtington where a guy set a record for benching 800lbs so its higher then that. i guess he takes roids and what not. his arms are HUGE. this was several years ago. but hes still pumping away its his life. oh and he inhales his food.

 

Well from what I've managed to piece together, there are lots of different records for benching. Raw Bench uses no equipment like bench shirts. There are also records for natural (no drugs/enhancers) and records for benching using equipment. Scot Mendelson set the World record last year with a 713lbs lift. It has not been broken yet. If you just search google you can find the info on it.
