my point was that it is not always the servers fault. Sometimes the management overloads the server with a ---- load of tables. And if they are over loaded and have a problem with their tips they should take it up with their boss.

my girlfriend is a server at chilis and she NEVER gets tips from 'ers.. and when she does get tipped well by them, it's the first thing she talks about when she's home hahah

i don't like chili's. all i ever get there is the chicken crisper ----. i'm not sure why i don't like the food there. all my friends want to go there all the time
we stopped going to the tgi fridays out here cause they raised the prices and the service started to suck.
i think it has to do with over working the servers

i like their blue margarita, i forget what they call it, but it's pretty good.
i don't drink anymore though.

word, i use to deliver pizza for a couple years, i know how you hope everyone tips and sucks when you get rude people and no tips. but if you WORK hard fast enough you can make up by doing more delivers and working more hours too. i use to close everynight i could just for hours and all the deliverys=more tips(when your manager likes you because your quick and get the job done you get more delivers per run too). personally theres to many lazy ***** out there no matter what job your at including servers. why should we award them when perhaps the cook or bus boy is working twice as hard. at least at the pizza joint i would cook, wash, prep, clean, fold boxes, basically do everything. i know some servers are over worked. but unless your hot i dont want you smiling at me, i just want friendly, quick responsed service(i dont want to wait 10-15 min between each time they check up on us) i dont eat out that much just because im a poor ----.

if you get a couple dollars from each person its better then nothing. dont complain because you didnt get 5 dollars. id rather get a couple dollars from the majority of people instead of nothing and then a couple decent tips. thats how my outlook was when i delivered. i got 27$ tip once when the order was only 27$ that was my best. 2-5$ and i was good. then again im not a greedy *** that complains all day instead of working. sure i love to complain but its usually about lazy *** workers.
