I have seen some sites but they are as accurate as the free "carfax" sites.
They miss a lot of ----, are inaccurate. Stealthmode looked at one and informed me I had a couple warrants for my arrest.
Who knew? Asked a cop to pull my file later that day and he said that I liked to speed by the looks of my record, but no warrants or even past crimes.
