---- it did work using the first link out of http://www.komotv.com/hotlinks/ and then I clicked on free carfax report, this ---- is awesome, I even have a recall to take care of.

I'd imagine they are going off of your email address...takes about 30 seconds to create another one on hotmail or use one of your other email accounts...

Its still free :)

yeah, i got a letter from nissan for a recall on my xterra window regulators, they're fine, but they're going to replace all four for free *monster garage voice* FRRRREEEEBBIEEEE!!!!

I tried another one again, and now it says

How can I change my ip address, I did put a different email address they have to have another way of knowing who you are.

Try deleting your cookies, if that doesn't work, go through a proxy server, here's a list http://www.samair.ru/proxy/
