Free brake fluid testing strips
1 Attachment(s)
So about a week ago I signed up for some free brake fluid testing strips for the heck of it. Got it in the mail today. 10 strips and meters. Tested for shits and giggles and works good, mine was fine seeing as I just put some fresh in not long ago. Not sure you guys would use them, but hell it's free.

Re: Free brake fluid testing strips
Flush the ---- every year, not every other. No testing needed.

Re: Free brake fluid testing strips
i can see that this is a way to actually tell how close fluid is to being saturated with water, not something that would be used unless you work in a dealer. some sort of liability thing.
it probably saves a lot of time by letting a car go with the fluid thats in there instead of breaking the bleeders off and ------- around for 2 hours trying to remove the rest of it. |
Re: Free brake fluid testing strips
I should probably do mine but its cold so its probably not gonna happen.

it is fun to buy something at like 50K and then watch it click 100K and then watch it get to beater duties. |
