Yup that customs for ya. I had a part I shipped to the uk that sat around for almost a month in customs guy filed a paypal claim and the works best part he never apolgized

90% of the items I send to Canada and receive from them go through with little delay compared to domestic shipping. The other 10% really remind you how fucked the gov't can be when they want to be.
