frame locks??
 

i was reading the september honda tuning and there was an article about frame locks for 96-00 civics. it looks like a piece of metal that just connects the front bumper support to the side frame. supposedly it make the handleing alot better. did anybody read this article? they want $245 for those things, i was thinking about just welding a steel brace to them. think that would work the same? homemede style ;)
