you know. by law if he wants to he can make you pay. when you bid you put yourself in a legal binding contract. and they can and will sue you. so if it's somebody putting stupid things on ebay waiting for someone to bid high prices when you don't pay they'll sue you because that item was worth that much because it had sentimental value.
I'm just kidding i made that up. but it is a legal binding contract i wonder if they can take that to higher matters. |

Bah, ---- that. If he REALLY wanted to go that extra distance I would turn it around and make him prove it is infact "JDM" and came from Japan. I could ---- him for false advertising. Plus, he admits to stealing it from his parents so he is a criminal from the start. :P
