im moving soon and need to find a place to rent.

willing to go as far as 45 min commute away.

dont need a big place.

must have a garage, the bigger the better.

not looking to move to greeley.

how big of a place do u need, are you going to school there, how many people, any animals, the reason for the ? is, I might be renting out a room at my house for some extra income. and the most important ? how much room do you need in the garage. also i'm 48 min from ft. collins

I'll be in aspen this summer, and I'll prolly be visiting denver a good bit. That doesn't help you at all, but thats my story. HMT denver yO

thats cool, I can still keep a look-out. try graigslist, with school almost out you shouldn't have a problem.
