since when is hmt about buying a prebuilt turbo motor?...
expecialy one like the svo. that car/motor is like the rednecks holy grail. theres only 1 svo in my town it has like 212k miles and the owner wants like 8000 for this rusty *** peice of ----.
come on you all turbo litte d series motors. dont tell him that the i6 would be a peice of ---- and break apart. if he builds it right and gets somebody to fab a cam that motor should be able to make some sick power.
i wouldent worry about the motor being able to make power i would worry about the tranny being able to handle the power. or deleiver it corectly. hell it could probebly only push 90 before you were at redline.

Hey man, u MIGHT wanna consider this...go find you an old Escort GT motor. It's DOHC, 4 cylinder, I BELIEVE 1.9L...I've seen a few websites where ppl have turbo'd those...You can use the turbo and injectors off of an Escort EXP or you might could use one of those SVO turbos...It would be different(although people have done it, BUT not many) and it would be easier than the I-6...and I'm sure it would drop in the Stang, but u might be better off with the 6 cylinder rear end...I wish I had one to play with, I'd definitely boost it...

Brought this site back from the dead, read through his chronicle and see how this man spends nothing to make his ---- 2.3 run high 12's. Only if i could find something like uberdata for the ford ecu's then i would be all over cheap/crap stangs
