I doubt that the problem will be on the inside, it's pretty much still air in there and there shouldn't be enough sand blowing around in there to be abrasive. I think the headlights just get so much dirt hitting it at highway speeds that it gets slowly "sandblasted" and then dirt gets stuck in it easier. If you wetsand or use some sort of polish/filler it'll make it smooth again.

If you do need to take it apart, just put it in the oven at a low temp for a while, forgot what I set mine at, and the sealant will get gooey and easy to separate. I used new sealant to seal it back up so condensation doesn't occur.

As far as painting the bezels, I'm not sure what you're referring to so can't answer your question.

It looked like (when the pics you posted were up) you started with factory OEM headlights but the finished product had black bezels in the lights. I was curious if they were a different set of lights all together or if you painted them.

spraypaint ftw

I think it was gunmetal metallic or granite metallic or somethin, just pick what you like The reflectors are removable, and just scuffed up the shiny ---- around it, then sprayed a few coats of spraypaint

Yeah I'll send it later tonight. I deleted all my stuff when I got severely high and paranoid about some of the incriminating pictures on my host so deleted everything...lol. Plus there was too much ---- and I got tired of sifting through it, trying to stay more organized now
