dude i am from florida, florida is a hot spot for imports, not as much as california, but like a mini california, especially in daytona, orlando miami, tampa, jacksonville....and also smaller cities....great place to own a import, and cops arent that bad......kinda hot during the day for turbo, but at night it is all good....that is when i race, i take it easy during the day, to hot, boost lag like hell...but u will enjoy it..

I live in tampa during the school year and i would have to say after southern california florida is probably the number 2 import spot in the us it is also probably the number 2 ricer spot though ------- bastards are everywhere here but yeah daytona has a lot of cars and during spring break there is usually a big a car show down there but anyways good luck in florida and watch out for old people

yeah homes, i'm in south GA, 'bout an hour from FL. The scene is pretty cool around here, I see quite a few imports in my area, and I'm sure it just gets better as you go farther downsouth. Don't expect alot of tech support, though. I think a majority of the guys around here are rich kids whose mommy and daddy buys everything thats on their cars from NOS to sheet metal they got screwed into their trunk lids...makes a good nap for sleepers like mine...zzzzzzz

im from florida, Merrit Island, 30 minutes east of Orlando, 10 minutes west of the beach. Hour south of daytona. Import scene is pretty good. ISP, island street performance, is across the street from me, they liek to rip you off and blow up hondas. My favorite, RPI, is just a half hour from my house. New Way auto is in Cocoa, and Alternative Auto Works is in Merritt Island too. Daytona is awsome in during spring break. Awesome shows and partys.

I think all of us eastsiders, downsouthers need to get to together and chill sometime, maybe at a track or something that ALOT of us can make it to. If anybody else is down for this, let us know.....peaaace
