Default Flange question

EDIT: sorry I don't know how I posted this in the general discussion forum, If a mod could move it that would be great.

Whats up guys I'm buying this manifold off of a member here and was wondering how difficult it would be to chop of the teo4h flange and have a regular t3 flange welded back on. Here is a pic of it, I don't know much about manifold construction and I don't weld so hopefully you more expierienced guys can give me a hand. Thanks in advanced.

shouldn't be that hard, just cut it off with a 4.5" angle grinder and a zip cut wheel.

simple as it sounds, cut off, re-prep surface, weld on.
