I had a slip for 1.6 60' and 13.7 at 97mph..... I didn't want to say anything, but yea...
Floydy had 12.2 with a 1.2 60' before at like 107mph.

I know this: Timig error.
It's not an issue of tires bud, it's an issue of 60' times and set-up. I have traction bars and so does Floyd and he or I can't do 1.7's. Shoot, best I can swing on bald all-seasons are 2.2s. His best was high high 1.8 like, 1.89 or something on DR's like that.

its probably one of you guys that is getting on the local forum just to stir up ----. he ran a 1.797 thats .003 off from a 1.8 its not like he ran an unbelievable 1.7000000.
was it a once in a lifetime, on the money launch....yea
was it a fluke....no.
the track prep was very good that night, it was prepped for street cars as everyone there was running on some sort of dot drag radial...it was the Street Machine Nationals. there were lots of cars there that were running there best ever times.....the guy that laid down the only 8 second pass of the day ran an 8.64 and wheelied the first 60' of so...he said that was the best run he has ever made there, and the one and only time he has ever wheelied on his drag radials. track prep was on the money...imo that was a major factor in the 1.797 60'.
zex_cool has been down a long hard road with this car and truly desevers some respect and some props, he drove his *** off and made it to the finals in his first time at the track on his new build.....good job mang.

. Ur 1/8th mile is only .1 slower then my crx was on slicks ur car definitely hooks up.
