OK i have done lots of research on the web i almost have everything. 1995 civic hatch 1.5. this is my list:

td04 mitstu tubro -no shaft play
1g dsm blow off valve
1g side mount intercooler
std mainfold
QUESTOINS:
I have heard that the stock interal wastegate on my turbo is set at 8 pounds and that i cant downtune the turbo unless i change the spring in the wastegate. I dont want to do that so would 8 psi to too much for a stock 1.5 with 140k miles but runs great still?
Where do i T off my coolants lines?
Looking for adapter plate is BMCRacing good going to get from there?
I already reads lots of things on the oil feed and return how long do the oil lines take to install?

I only feel like answering one question, the 8 psi should be fine. I don't see why not, as long as it doesn't go past that.

there is a write up in the FAQ in the forced induction forum about either using a carb spring or lengthening your wastegate arm. I used the wastegate arm method and it works well.

for the coolant lines, run them off of the line going to the throttle body. just put the turbo inline on the line and you'll be good.

on the 14b turbo, if you dont want to try and lengthen the wastegate arm, you could sand/grind down the actuator mounts to try and lower the boost.

Oil lines shouldnt take that long. Access the oil tap under the valve cover. Its located on the back left side. Use steel braided lines or ---- will melt due to the heat. Run that line to your turbo oil inlet. As for as the oil return. buy a kit from slealthmode. For the most part its common sence. Oil return outlet from turbo to the top of your oil pan. Notice I said TOP of oil pan. If you do it on the bottom of the oil pan then the oil will no flow out of the turbo, remember its gravity fed, next thing you know you will blow the seals out and ---- your turbo. Have fun.

I would say BMC is a good place for the adapter plate. He's a regular on these boards and I haven't heard much negative, only positive. Don't be a pansy, 8psi on that motor is fine. Also: alot of people don't run any coolant lines, depending on how long you plan on staying with that turbo... You could let your car idle for a few minutes after you drive it or install a turbo timer instead. They're cheap. Some people have reported cooling issues by hooking their water cooled turbo into their stock cooling system. As mentioned above, what are you doing for fuel management?

i guess i did lots of research just email bmc for the plate so i want to do this soon . So i think i know everything about the oil lines already i know that return is gravity feed so i has to be highier than the oil in the pan. and feed is T-ed off from the oil pressure sensor above the filter. As the coolant i am just going to T it from the throttle doesnt sound to hard. Now with 8 pounds i heard lots of fuel management talk what should i do about that. remember im doing this low budget style. Thanx guys
