well he can always go the oddball ones that have em on the other side.

Some IN N outs have em on both sides and a Carls JR on Lincoln ( by Chain Reaction ) has the Drive thru on the right side....

I have never heard of any of those places. I always wondered how it was like to drive on the rhd but after realizing the inconvienance of it I'll pass. Just think if you were going on a road trip and you know those toll booths you have to pay? Think how hard that would be to just throw in a quarter. :P

plus shifting with your left hand required A LOT of effort since we all get use to LHD.
try sitting in your passanger sit. imgaine your are driving and taking turns, shift with your left hand while working with pedal, and u know how tough it is.
