Thats what I was thinking, if you got him that badly off the launch then he's definitly not a good driver.

It probably was a new gt cause they are "supposed" to run around 14.0 stock.

On the highway I ran dead even with one that had headers and exhaust, and i'm running a zc at 9psi so i definitly believe it.

i raced him and know what happened, actually later that night, a co-worker that has a 73' maverick w/ a built 351 windsor and suspension setup came buy, i told him bout the rustang race and he wanted to race so we went out to handle business, off the line he had me by about 1 1/2 car lengths, but after i cought traction nobody was pulling away from each other. DEAD EVEN!!!

i have a 1850 lb CRX w/ coilovers, and full polly bushings, built mini-me, 14b @ 10 psi intercooled, blah blah blah!

the guy in the mustang said it was a 2002 SVT that ran 13.8 in the 1/4. he had no reason to lie to me cause i allready humilliated him, and saying that his car was something it wasn't would only make him look worse! HE HAD NOTHING TO GAIN, CAUSE I ALLREADY WHOOPED HIS ***!!!!!!!

dude i believe you...but one this you NEED TO do...is get a BIGGER turbo...you get some major hp out that setup with something bigger than a 14b. get something in the t3/t4 50, 57 trim. 48 exhuast. then youll be able to man handle the supercharged svts. congrats on kicking his ***. i look forward to doing the same when i get my turbo on this week

YES, SVT DID MAKE COBRA MUSTANGS THAT WERE NA BEFORE 2003... THEY ARE NOT AS FAST AS THE SUPERCHARGED 03 AND NEWER SVT COBRAS.

unfortunatly FORD did not make a cobra mustang in 2002. but they did in 2001 which im sure is what this one was. they are not that fast...

btw get off you high horse crx304... your car at 10psi isnt very fast and unfortunatly at 16psi it wont be very fast either. i bet you would still lose to a stock 03 SVT cobra mustang
