Re:Fired that shit up tonight!!!!
do a little bit of what everybody is suggesting.
bleed and bleed your system. let your engine idle and coem to temp so the cooling system starts to cycle. make sure the thermostat is opening/closing. you can always do a compression test to see if you get a funny reading between a couple cylinders, that couple help id the headgasket leaking. |

I'd say thermostat

Re:Fired that shit up tonight!!!!
did you hook up the coolent to your turbo? That could be the problem. Heres how to fix that. If you bought a half radiator from the auto parts store it should be set up for an automatic tranny. Hook the coolent lines up the the tranny lines that arn't being used. this should cool the coolent off quite a bit. I have never done this just a theory. Thats what I plan to do. If that doesn't work just get a separate cooler on the side. Your turbo is making way to much heat for your radiator to dissapate.

Re:Fired that shit up tonight!!!!
you have to have a feed and a return into the cooling system if your going to use the tranny cooler man. if you just run turbo lines into it there is nothing to pump it and keep it circulating. i was thinking about putting an oil cooler after the block fitting before the turbo, anyone done this?
