I still think u should go to another ER, what they are going to do is prob.ly to scrape/slides off those black ---- then treat it like a regular wound.
The longer u let it sit the bigger the chace u wil get infected. ---- i can`t even imgaine what could happen to ur finger. pretend it hurt really bad or something and go to the ER>
