they can have all the engine mods they want.. but if they have retarded work done to the outside of the car... they can't justfiy it with a fast car.. it'll be a fast UGLY car not even stock sleeper ugly.. just plain rice ugly

Sooo.. you're saying the 700hp JUN Supra with it's aluminum "wing" and brand name decals going up the side, painted in a neon orange isn't justified?

Or the white Option2 Silvia with a huge body kit, wing, oversized tires, vinyl decals covering the passenger side half of the window with "sleepy eyes" head lights and an RB twin turbo producing over 500hp to the wheels doing a 9 second 1/4 isn't "justified"?
I can go on and on..

My point is, if a car is fast, it's fast and deserves respect no matter how it looks. And you're not going to know until hands your ass to you.

I really think If you have the speed, or power to back up your exterior mods, go for it, do it, If you can back up your body kit and wing and big rims with big power, you're fine, will still be ricey, but you have to respect the car, if it's fast it's fast, no matter how the car looks outside.
What I hate is these little kids with a body kit and exhaust, and a 4dr dx trying to race every single car because they think they're fast.
