Go double check your vacuum hose to your wastegate. Stock wastegate is 7psi. Make sure you have a good source that sees positive pressure. Theres no way in hell you should see 15 or 20psi if its hooked up correctly. I dont think a simple wiring mishap would cause retarded effects like that but you never know I guess.
