Over the last few days we have been turboing my buddy's crx. We have never done this before, so it took us a little longer than normal. we finally got the thing runnin tonight. we dont have a dp yet so we left the stock o2 houseing on the turbo and are running that. hahaha its sounds like a turbo lawn mower. but yea, boosting at about 8-9psi and with alot of little boost leaks it pulls pretty good. it was a fun ------ project. the setup consists of:

hf manifold
450's
johnnyracecar 5inch
dsm bov
pm6 with turboedit
and a shitload of crappy junkyard charge piping

yea the turbo fit nicely, thanks for makin that ---- for us. now all we need is a dp...

we are havin a few problems with boost leaks cuz we used random charge pipes off of a bunch of different cars. also, one or more of the oil lines is leaking a little bit.

it feels really quick for what it is. no one was expecting it to run this well. its not even tuned its running on basically a base map. well its better than a base map but hasnt been tuned.

well the bov is a 1st gen dsm bov... so its not too loud. also, we dont really have a dp yet. we left the o2 elbow housing thing that comes on a t25 so thats why its soooo ------ loud. its actually not that loud. ;)

didn't really sound that loud on the video. And you can hardly hear the bov, seems to pull really good. good job on that.

nice vids...my 1g dsm bov was pretty loud. it would let off a little squeek when im driving normally shifting at 2500. how much boost are u running??? seems to run out of steam on the top of third. good ---- though mang ;)

piping is all from random factory turbo cars we found in junkyards. vovlos, talons, starions, etc. bov vac line? who needs those....haha thanks for the props. its been an awesome learning experience. we need to fix the oil feed line. the fitting threads are all fucked up and oil is leaking out from the turbo. but that will soon to be fixed

did a little tuning tonight to this beast... pulls pretty hard. as always i feel it needs a bigger turbo, but it does seem to pull pretty good to redline. i really like the setup HMT at its finest... 8)

Looks like you did a nice first time HMT setup, nice test and tune area you got going in front of your place, good job man. I will be boosting my EG very soon.

well, a little update for ya'll... well on the way home last night from tuning, the exhaust wheel or whatever its called, broke off.... blowing smoke and oil everywhere. it scared us at first cuz we thought we blew the engine or something, but apon further inspection we found the turbo just took a ---- on us. its probably our fault cuz we had a really shitty oil feed that leaked, and starved the turbo of oil :-\. but yea, bigger and better things are on their way ;D
