Final Grades
 

For thoes of you in college what did you wind up with. We got ours via email today I haven't done this well, since elementary school. Got A's in molecular genetics, real estate analysis, physiology, biological aspects of aids,and psychobiology.

Got a B+ in abnormal psych, A in Disease Cartography, B in nutrition and I just got home from my final in Chem, but I'm sure i'll get ~B.

I had 4 finals yesterday. The only one I really care about was econ, hoping for a B though.

D was in Bio... AVERAGE GRADE was 50%... :l

A was English - 106%, highest in all her classes 8)

I got a C in my Spanish class. I am very pleased considering I missed literaly half of the classes, and half the quizes.

so i just got all of my grades back... got a 42 on my econ final to drop me to a B- from an A... :3
Total GPA for the semester though is a 3.29 so ok

Nine years after dropping out I got to start over with all Freshman classes:

Computer upgrade/repair I - A
Engineering ethics (combo ethics and study skills class, grade reflects attendance and the fact I used to get drunk and fistfight my instructor when we went to HS ::) ) - A
DC/AC circuit analysis - A
Algebra/Trig I - B; not too bad considering I got bored with the subject and didn't do any of the homework for the last half of the semester.

It's kind of nice being an idiot-savant; I've had a third of the classes I had to re-take waived based on this semester. I should be able to transfer to WCU a semester early with no non-core curriculum credits left to take, which would be awesome because then I can load up on telecom classes for a telecommunications minor.

How the hell did you get into a circuit analysis class but have to take Algebra/Trig I? How did you do LCR circuits without calculus?

Also, Diff EQ=terrible class. I had a B+ up till the final. Pretty sure I got an F on the final so I'll probably end up with a C. Otherwise I should have B's in all my classes.

I need a 3.0 to keep my scholarship and 2.5 to stay in my program, but they look at it at the end of the year.


No engineering here. Pharmacist (God willling) in 5 1/2 years. Shooooooot, I',m 1/12 done. O0

I dropped out of Calc 3 @ UNCA when I was 15; it was interfering with me getting my dick sucked. 16 years later, guess what?, they won't accept my UNCA math credits so I have to take 'tard math. Electronics department head waived the math pre-req for me to take DC/AC circuit analysis after a ten minute conversation, but said he had no pull over the math classes and I had to get those credits for the degree. The adjunct who taught Algebra/Trig told his department head I was going to take Calc next semester, anything else was a waste of my time.

Truthfully, I could have placed into Calc if I had wanted to sit for 3-4 hours in the counselling office and then undergo an hour's worth of sub-SAT level standardized placement tests and a 15+ minute session with a failled Engrish teacher taking a ------- personality checklist and asking me all sorts of questions I either don't care or know to answer. I don't care for the bug under glass treatment I get when dealing with people and situations where I am expected to demonstrate tact, polite interest (a form of LIE), two dimensional aka linear thinking, empathy, etc., and I had a car to tune that afternoon. That was a no brainer. :P
