im planning on driving from fargo to minot north dakota this weekend and just had to call 5 gas stations to find out if they still carry E85. 3 of them said no. pretty ------- gay but i think ill be alright with the 2 that do still sell it along the way. E85 is only 2.82 here in Fargo

Tests indicate approximately a 5% increase in engine performance is possible by switching to E85 fuel in high performance cars.i drove untuned on 92 octane @ 6psi for 250 miles to get tuned and got right around 40-42mpg the entire way. after tuning on e85 and making just shy of 400hp on e85 i drove back 250 miles @ 18psi and got 33-35mpg. going 85 both directions. im can live with a a 5-7 mpg loss in mileage for 105 octane that is almost a dollar cheaper a gallon

maybe it was becuse of the jump from 6 psi to 18 psi. you just have to rip a little bit on the highway sometimes after a fresh dyno tune.

i live in the ------- upper midwest in corn growing country and they are still stopping carrying E85 around here. im getting pissed. i switched over cause i think its better and its a ---- of alot cheaper and now my LOCAL stations ------- gripping me. but still cant complain about the 3 stations that carry it for 2.82

They have a few places with it down south Al. None up here yet. With all the partly corn runners they sell now I figured they would have them more places. Quick question (maybe stupid). I know that ethanol doesn't have the same properties as gas. How do the cars that run on E85 get tuned if they aren't one or the other all the time?
