Overall it looks good. The oil return line from the turbo need to be adjusted. It might cause the oil to backup and this could make your turbo smoke. I think you should drill a hole about half inch in diameter in the cross member, and route the return line through it. My $0.02.

14.5 with 5 lbs is pretty good, when my connectors start to melt, and it drops from 10 to 4-5 psi, its pretty weak, 5 psi isnt much. up it to about 10 and youll ---- yourself, lol....
