Ferrari style shifter for my civic! pic up now
Hey guys, just finished my 1st gated shifter for a 92-95 civic, and will hopfully have one for a 96-00 soon. I broke 3 short OBX short shifters (aluminum) and got sick of it, so I made my own out of steel and while i was doing that I made the 1st ever gated shifter for civics...I think. I've looked EVERY where for them and decided that there arn't any out there. So. let me know what you think, and if your interested, I might be making more of them and selling them, I'm thinking for around $130 shipped. I still have to get some quotes on powder coating, then I'll know for sure. But they would be powder coated, well I guess what ever color you want, i'm geting my done in silver though.

Im assuming its a gated shifter. those suck.. but im sure it looks cool.

You think that's rice, you should see the outside of my civic!haha body kit, mr2 vents, shaved everything and frenched license plate on bumper...that's ricey, but hey, to all their own. that's what I think.

I think it actually looks pretty cool, but is it functional? It looks like it would be pretty hard to shift with.

no actually it shifts fine. I thought the same thing when I finished it, but I took it out tonight for a test run and I was shifting as fast as I could and it didn't even hit the sloted bars! I was on cloud 9 all the way! It works a lot better than I thought. I was initally only going to use it for shows, but hey, if it works, I'm leaving it in ;D
