sad thing is. if your driving that car you can prolly afford it. it was to him and what a civic or accord is to most people prolly. besides more than likely had insurance.

You had to have owned the F40 and the F50 to be eligable. It was to prevent people from buying them than selling them right away. They were built for the Ferrari purists.
