My brother fell off a roof at about ~10' and shattered his ankle. I don't give 2 ***** how expensive that COMPANY OWNED gun is, it sure isn't going to be helping my crippled *** walk into the ------- workmans comp office to get my shitty $200 a week so I can "TRY" to pay HALF of my monthly bills. I know everybody does dumb ----, but this gave you an extra notch on the belt. :1

there is no way that i'd fall off a roof for a nail gun, even if it was mine. and if you got hurt, chances are workman's comp wouldn't pay you ---- since you weren't wearing the "gay" safety belt.

you got off really lucky

a client of mine owns a roofing company and fell off a roof a couple monthes ago and shattered his heal...it broke into a dozen or so pieces and it had to be screwed back together.

he was just not cleared to use a walking cast, almost 3 months later

lol luck is everything too. My dad has done construction for about 30 years, and about 5 years ago he shattered his shin and ankle going down a 4 foot step ladder-- it was old and shitty and didn't lock out properly and stepping down it started to fall backwards and his foot went through the rungs and got scissored by the ladder. He still can't walk right
