Ive been experiencing some things lately that have me scared and stumped.


recently i moved into a new house on 1 acre of land. I previously Lived in an area where it was rich families and being loud or having "parties" (a few people over) was not possible without cops at your front door.

So I moved out to a place that is still in a close part of town around the UCF area.

It is on almost an acre of land, my closest neighboor is my Property manager (landlords daughter)

behind my house, approximately 200 feet, is a wall that is covering a rich gated community.

When we moved in, i set up a light so that i could see backing out of my driveway because there is no light. Well the third neighboor who is creepy tells my landlord the wire for the light was me stealing power. the landlord comes out and tells me im stealing power! i show him what it really is and he apologizes.

When we first moved in, we had our friends over as a welcoming "party" (no more than 20 people for sure)

We had a couple freinds over 3 nights before and a Seminole county officer shows up, nothing big, he told us that there was a noise complaint but he could not hear anything when i talked to him. I told him i would let my roomates know.

The night that we had a welcoming "party" ( <20 people) The SAME Seminole County police officer shows up telling us we have had a noise complaint, we quiet down and everything is fine.

The next week we put up a 2nd fence around our back porch so that we won't disturb anyone anymore.

We put the fence up, and everything is fine for a while.

One night, i am outside in my back yard with a friend about 1:20 AM (only 1 person over) A Helicopter flies over our house, and shines the light on me and my friend in our backyard. The light beamed down on us and the helicopter circled around.

He needed to get home, so I walk out to my truck to take my friend home at approx. 10 AM, When two police officers (ONE WHICH IS THE SAME COP FROM EVERY NOISE COMPLAINT) outside my house approach me and ask me for a word. I say sure.

They ask me if we were making any noise, I say no sir, there are no cars here, EVERYONE is asleep except him and I. They say "ARE YOU SURE YOU DIDN'T MAKE ANY NOISE?" the other officer (good cop) says "its ok you can tell us if you made any noise. I repeat what i just said and say "is there anything i can help you with sir?"

The (bad cop) tells us that they got a call for a scream and wanted to know if i heard a scream. I told them no, and they ask me again "ARE YOU SURE?" I tell them again that I am sure, and say "Are you sure your not just comming out to here because you have had a sound complaint before and assumed it was coming from us?"

Then the (bad cop, he was fat short and sweaty) talks at me "No, YOU SHUT UP!" "SHUT UP" TELL US RIGHT NOW DID YOU MAKE ANY NOISE OR DID YOU HEAR ANY NOISE SO WE CAN STOP WASTING TAX PAYERS MONEY ON GAS FOR OUR HELICOPTER"

I tell him nicely "please you dont have to talk to me like that i haven't heard anything or made any noise- FINE LETS GO he interrupts me and walks off.

I ignore the fact that he was Grossly rude to me and i drive my friend home.


There are 4 people living in the house, 2 are a couple. The girl had her 21st birthday about 2 1/2 weeks ago. It was also a mark of her 2 years being sober (She did not drink on her birthday, Her father died 2 years ago and she has not drank since)

We had a birthday party for her (again no more than 20 people.) and the SAME OFFICER shows up telling us weve had a noise complaint and another officer lady starts giving my roomates additude talking about arresting them and treating them like complete ---- -

But mentions the fact that yet again for the 4th time they have not heard anything when they came out here on call. My roomate tells them that "if they cannot hear any sound, can they go back inside. The lady officer talks them down saying the noise has to stop, but when asked if they heard anything they still say no. At that point my property manager (Landlords daughter who lives next door) shows up and asks what is going on. she explains to the officers we are nice people and she has never heard
any noise from us, and tells the lady officer that she shouldn't be so mean to us and take advantage of us because we are young. She also tells the lady cop that she should be nicer to her tenants since the police lady's daughter rides her horses and she owes her 200 dollars. The officers go back to there car and sit there for 20 minutes.

-also note one of my friends saw a lady banging on my landlords door earlier in the night yelling "I KNOW YOUR IN THERE OPEN UP"

After that we stopped having people over in fear of getting arrested.

A couple days go by and the helicopter is flying over our house again for no reason. About a week goes by and my Landlord knocks on my door, And yells at me saying that if the cops come out here one more time he is evicting us!!!! I tell him that they haven't come by and he tells me they were out here 2 days ago.

I call the landlords daughter, and she tells me 2 nights ago the SAME COP and the lady cop knocked on her door asking "is everything ok, have they (us) been making any noise?" she tells them no and to leave her alone.

I AM INFURIATED AT THE SITUATION.

a couple days go by and we see the helicopter flying around again.

So I Call the seminole county sheriffs office and ask for an officer to come out. I tell him the situation, and he says he doesn't know anything about it (this is a different cop, we have never seen before)

I invite him into my house, and tell him that he can search my house and my property if he wanted so that the police would leave us alone because we have nothing to hide no illegal drugs stolen property or anything illegal.

He declines and says he believes us.

He looks up our address in the computer and says "You have never had a sound complaint on record" it only has 3 things listed. 2 of which are comments that read "Patrol, everything ok" the third is the call we made to him to come out and talk to us"

2 Days ago, Our property manager (the lady next door) tells us there were cops taking pictures of our house this morning. peeking over the fence and taking pictures.

At this point I am freaking out. I am scared of being arrested and i have set 4 security cameras with recorders around my property, one of them a digital motion camera that has face tracking and audio recording that records continuously when movement is in the picture

I Can't sleep and im staring at the wireless camera hooked up to the tv in my room, waiting for them to kick down my door.

PLEASE, what can i do? I called the seminole county sheriffs department and asked them why the hell they were taking pictures and said that it was probably code enforcement, (the road is a private dirt road i live on, and we have no modifications to the house nor any trash or anything out of code. there is no home owners association where i live. They Have not returned my call for 3 days now.

also note i talked to the closest neighboor in the subdivision (fC and he told me that in the beginning we were keeping him awake but we have not bothered him for over to weeks and he doesn't know why cops are still coming out.

jesus christ you got more problems with pigs then i do!

keep a voice recorder and camera with you at all times.. anytime you approch a pig turn on the voice recorder and you DO NOT have to tell them they are being recorded..

take the ---- straight to the sherrifs office and ask em wtf is going on

you need to get the names of these officers, take notes of what they say and the times/days they come, then go to their supervisor. if that gets you nowhere, keep going up the chain of command.

Be ready w/ a pistol. They come in unannounced, blast 'em. At least, that's the law here.. My gun stays w/ me. If someone bussts my door down, I'm ready to shoot. Have your landlord call the sheriff each time she sees a cop there. put up a fence / gate to keep them out.

turn the lights off, and lock the doors!

pretend ur asleep! Also when you suspect the police will come, leave a a box of donuts outside!

you obviously have not read the law books have you. It is not legal to record someone without them knowing.

Your the same guy that had problems with the Ricans right? Maybee they are some dirty cops that are fucken with you after your run in with those guys awhile back, its a stretch, but who knows.
