Fat
Alright, I am trying to lose some extra beer belly fat and i am not sure which is the best way to go about it. I am strong and am big but i just want to get rid of extra fat. I have looked at bodybuilding.com, but that is not really what i am going for. I have a book by bill philips for a 12 week body makeover, but is there anyway that you guys have noticed of just losin extra weight (like anything you really noticed that has helped you). i Just wanna have it gone when i go back to this girls place in toronto. Going on a diet, stop drinking beer and exercise works well for me.

go run...running is one of the fastest ways t loose fat...you also have to watch your diet.

annorexia worked for me in high school, but then after i graduated i discovered beer and liquor....damn. I think ima start cutting weight again in the winter, cuz summer is too fun for that ----

Should running like 1-3 miles be done in the morning before i start the day or l8er when the day is over? |

jump rope it burns more calories than runing also dont drink any pop you would be suprised how much weight you lose if you put down the pepsi and cut back on the beer

cardio should be done first thin in the morning before breakfast. that way your body burns more of the stored energy instead of your breakfast cheerios.

- 3 miles a day
- diet ** there's some calculator that tells you how many calories you need to MAINTAIN your weight, im 5'8" 215 so to maintain i need 3000 calories, eat less and you lose weight i've been eating mostly fruit, fish, and eggs, with 2 peices of toast in the morning, along with 3 miles of running/fast walking on days I don't work (pretty active job). i've been doing this for a couple weeks now, and have lost 9 pounds. good luck! im tryin to get rid of my mini-beer belly before it becomes a full fledged :-\ |

also, don't eat 3 meals a day, eat like 6, in small portions. the key is to eat so your not hungry but your never full. if you starve yourself your body switches into storing fats and killing muscles mode
my typical day: wake up- eggs, toast, OJ before work- some peanut butter toast and water lunch break- fruit and a energy drink after work- fish, fruit, OJ a few hours before bed- fruit and water |

Alright, thanks for the info...I just wanna start looking better, because i can go to clubs now that i am 18 and now that i got my own placed gotta bring em back and such

and pee in their butts...
and run later in the day like 4pm or later if you run in the morning you wont work your muscles you will just use the energy that you got from sleeping all night, and there arent a lot of calories to burn off. so run in the afternoon or evening when you muscles are tiring and you have food energy to waste. |

ive lost 20 pounds since ive been in japan...by not drinking as much beer, and cut back on my coke. (im addicted to coke) i also try to somewhat watch what i eat, and i dont eat anything past 7pm. i also do a little exercising ;)
you can loose the fat fast by taking a good fat loss supliment such as lipo6 or something. you still gotta watch what you eat and do some sort of excerise, but it will help you out. |

don't eat anything with sugar in it, only fruits. Don't eat bread. Drink water regularly (not obsessively) and get sweaty for 30 mins a day. Keep your breathing and heart rate up as much as comfortably possible throughout the day by "buzzing around" with whatever you do.

jogging burns 300 calories skip rope burns 500 calories. pick your choice of exercise. |

The larger the muscles that are involved, the more you burn. So everything with the legs is good.
Swimming is the best workout you can get. |

yeah, run in the morning because if you wait till later in the day you just kinda say "---- it, im tired, i just got off work and im going to eat dinner then sit on my ass" ;D

Most prepared foods have alot of sugar and salt which will ---- you up. Also stop with the HFC's. that is high fructose corn syrup it in every thing like ketchup and almost everythig. HFC's are like the crack of sugars.

I had a similar problem. i've always been a big guy, 6'3 250lbs, just a big corn fed fucker. Since i'm in the navy they say that i'm too heavy, so here's what worked for me. Run every day, starting small, start at a mile if you dont normally run, i run 5 miles daily now. after I ran, i'd go hit the weights and stuff, because at that point your worn out, and your not using "stored" energy anymore, your actually burning fat and using muscle/building muscle. I also did like pushups, situps, 8-count body builders, etc at home to keep my muscles loose and it helped the next mornin when i'd go run.
I had to watch my calories also, they say that you burn more so you should eat more, but i limited myself to eating meats, some veggies, fruit and LOTS OF WATER! Like, at least 10 20oz bottles (or equivilant) a day. Water is still one of the best fat burners. from this i'm now down to 195, and keeping it off. |

i paid a flat fee of $65 to join the college boxing team at unlv. if you were to pay for private lessons it would probably be around $60 /month or so.
