there is only one bolt coming through the pass side mount, there should be 2

There is no clearance for the throttle body or piping and i V-tec just kicked in. ::)

It was welded...rosette welds or whatever they call them in the directions.

You've swap it by the bottom instead of the top? Maybe you always do that... I don't know...
