pulver took some hard hits and was dazed a good amount in those rounds but regardless of his condition he came back and was fighting back every time and faber even was dazed a few times as well. that was an amazing bout. faber won 50-45 on decision. that was a well fought fight, great fight by both of them

my bad, he's four years older, as of right now
i'm talking that it is pretty bad that the number one contender for the featherweight belt had only one fight(in WEC) before a title shot. i know jens has been around for a while and that his best days of fighting are behind him.

Awesome fight, but it seemed like Jens just gave it up midway in the 3rd, like he knew he couldn't get the decision. Regardless I can't wait for a rematch, or at least more from Jens vs other opponents. He put up a good fight, he even had a ton of wide open opportunities when he had Faber cornered numerous times. He just gave up for the most part it looked like.

you guy's wanna know why pulvar got the title shot ?? a. there are about 5 well known feather wieghts (maybe lol) b. zuffa now owns ufc pride and now wec (go figure) so yes someone like pulvar who fought in ufc for years and then in pride and then back in ufc yes they are going to have him fight for a sister company :1 DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
i've seen guys who get title shots first time fighting for a company .. happens all the time at pro fights .. people don't show up people have problems with contracts or whatever the case be .. i mean what would be the point to make pulvar fight 10 no names who he would walk through ?? it went the way i expected and hats off to both negros
