Default A/F gauge

Hey
Im just wondering if you could install an AF gauge on a Carbed motor. From what I understand, and AF gauge reads of the MAF or o2 sensor...so would I be able to install one?

Weel iI have one and it doesn't work for ----. Preety much useless. Get an EGT gauge insted, that you can run. Why do you need an O2 sensor on a carbed vehicle?

you'd have to get a wb 02 for turbo (yeah it sux) but if you just wanted to tune your a/f now you could get a honda o2, weld a bung in and run a cheapy a/f gauge, you'll be semi tuned n/a...

You could probley get one on your next trip to the junkyard. Just pull a couple and if you feel like being a bastard just steal the mother *******. Then your sure to get a working one.

Yeah, the problem is that when september 11th hit in Australia, the insurance and public liability started to sky-rocket. Now, the junkyards cant let you in coz if you trip or some ---- you can sue Before that with my first car, I stole both manifolds and some of the ignition. now, junkyards sell everything for sooo much [Im talking $200 for an exhaust manifold thats shitted as it is] so its abit hard to find things for cheap

The Bosch splice in 02 sensor for Honda's is about the cheapest one you'll find for at about $15. Goto Autozone and ask for the sensor for a 90 honda crx si. Make sure to get the splice in one without a connector since you're just running this to a meter. The one with the connector is like $30-40 so you'll know the difference right away.
