This person contacted me after seeing me on this board to get my business.

So I sent him money with the promise that 1-2 weeks I would have flanges.
Product promised in 1-2 weeks
After 4 weeks more promises of shipping
After week 5 seller stopped responding to emails.
It is now 6 weeks and the seller no longer responds to emails.

I have filed a claim to get my funds back. If you are going to get flanges, go with weirRacing, they were awesome the first time, I should have waited for him to come back from vacation. Live and learn.

Well, at least I know it's not just me.

So he stopped responding to emails, UNTIL I emailed him letting him know I started a trasaction dispute. Oh yeah, he responded REAL QUICK to that.

If you really wanna impact his wallet, go to Honda-tech and file a complaint there. 8) He's been trying to cover his ass over there forever, because the fact is, once a large forum like that has a bad taste in their mouth from you, you're done. ;)

I see you have exploid racing as a mod. I love your site, and am only saying this to look out for your well being/well being of others.

I generally only visit 2 forums on a everyday basis, honda-tech.com and homemadeturbo.com

both have exploid racing on a bad rep. both places people have been scammed so to speak by this guy. just thought i would let you know what kind of person you are dealing with. if a mod scammed someone, that wouldnt look to good on you. one mess up/late ship, yeah, everyone has those but to be on various sites with a bad rep

I am a noob to the metal world so to say, still learning to weld, but i enjoy your site alot. just thought i would give you a head up. links can be provided.

I was excited to buy ---- from this guy cuz he's in Milwaukee and I'm less than an hour away in Madison. Now there is no way in hell after all the ---- I've read about him. And his reply to you? That is horrible horrible customer service, another thing he is known for. Seems like he's a 16 year old trying to start his first business with no experience whatsoever...

I got my IM flange from him...it took about 3 weeks, but he did a decent job. he does quality work(at least my piece), but its ashame he can't handle the load and properly treat his customers right(which that email clearly shows)....cursing at your customers?? WTF is that ???

other than the cursing email, this is kinda like what happen a while back with Swift performance about 1.5 years ago...very good quality work and craftsmanship, but too high a load of work was requested and that led to some serious customer issues. I had ~$300 staked in that issues, but he was great about returning everyones money though.

This jackass replied quick when he heard I was going to do a Paypal complaint for my funds. Then after two days of back and forth about having them done...he stopped replying again. The 10 day Paypal fraud complaint went thru, with no reply from him so automatic win for me...Trouble is NO FUNDS in his account so I get NOTHING

Try and find him and pretend you want to buy something from him, he probably has a new paypal account under an other email address. Just make sure you use a different name/ email address.

He's actually trying to sell his business now, over on H-T.

The funny thing is though, he's trying to sell it with tons of backorders and debt, it's just a big mess...

Plus, he's trying to sell it on H-T where no one likes him. There's an idea dumb ass, try to sell your business to the people you have scammed...

The police should seize his business and liquidate it to pay off those he owes money to. No one is going to want that business...

isnt he a cop or firefighter now? ive had great service with brian, ive known him for many years, got flanges and ---- from him hear and there, and once a turbo, but ive always got my ---- fast, but it seemed to me like he kinda wanted to sell more to bigger companys than anything to make more money off his stuff at once. kicking his ass wont help anything, maybe a lawsuit. but thats about it, he was 18 when he started his business if i remeber right using his dads tools and renting a place. also some people jacked a few machines and an assload of suplies, tools and car ---- out of his shop about a year or more ago, so that fucked him up, got off with i think almost 20k worth of ---- and he never got money back. he lives far away from me and im not trying to say he hasent riped people off but ---- happens, order from lsd or bmc or anyone on this site, brian has never really been a big part of this site. but i guess he got his because of what was taken when his machine shop was broken into. just what i know. -blake

I know you're just trying to stick up for your friend but what you're saying is bullshit. If somebody orders something and is promised 1-2 weeks, then 6 weeks pass and still no item, I don't care what your excuse is.. that's billshit. Send back the money, if something happens that is out of your control. Keep your customer informed as to what is going on. Sorry but your friend is an -------.
