lately my engine started to smoke some when i redline or really floor it , can it be the head ? cause it has been burning some oil ,i add a quart about once a month is that normal ? my engine is up there in miles has about 165,000

probably cause youve been learning how to burn out and doing other ricey activities which take a toll on your poor motor. must be the awesome power your getting from your jdm intook...

do a compression test to see if its the rings. but it may also be the valve stem seals

i had added some ---- to freshen up the seals but it just smoked alot more,then some one told me to do an oil change and add lucas oil ---- and oil ,i did that it worked for a while but it came back and i want to fix it before i boost

your motor most likely needs rebuild... no ---- you pour into it will magically fix your problems riceboy

anything lower than 150ish is bad and needs a rebuild

There's your problem right there... I think people are probably feeding you ---- advice just to ---- with ya. I'd start doing more research on your own because I'd be a monkey's uncle if anyone anywhere is going to give you a straight answer, ever.
